These terms cover your use of The Store Manager App, operated by Crowd AB. By subscribing, you agree to them. We've kept them short and readable.
The Store Manager App is an AI assistant for retail store managers that works over WhatsApp. It remembers the context you give it and helps you draft reports, replies, posts, and other written work. It runs a proactive daily check-in and a weekly report.
The service costs €20 per month, billed through Stripe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime — through the link Stripe provides, or by emailing us — and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, but if something goes genuinely wrong, email us and we'll make it right.
The assistant produces drafts. You are the manager: read what it writes before you send it to your boss, your team, or the public. You're responsible for the messages you send and for using the service lawfully and honestly — don't use it to harass, deceive, or break your employer's policies. Share other people's information only as your work reasonably requires.
We work hard to make the assistant useful and accurate, but it's software and it's in beta. It can make mistakes, misunderstand, or be unavailable. We provide the service "as is", and to the extent the law allows, Crowd AB isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or misuses the service, and we'll tell you why where we reasonably can. On request, we'll delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and let you know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
