Pricing questions
What's included in the €20 plan?
Everything. Daily chat with Chief, voice notes, morning check-ins, weekly boss-ready reports, memory of your store — there are no tiers, no add-ons, no usage meters to watch. The product you read about is the product you get.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — manage or cancel anytime on your subscription page (enter the email you paid with; Stripe sends a sign-in link). No questions, no lock-in. If you come back later, Chief picks up right where you left off. And if you want your data gone, we erase everything on request, permanently, in line with GDPR.
What does the HQ plan add?
Every manager in your chain gets their own private Chief, and HQ gets what it actually needs: standardized weekly reports across stores, rollout confirmations, and aggregated insights from the floor. What it deliberately never includes: access to any manager's conversations. Pricing depends on your chain's size — that's the conversation the contact form starts.
